Return Policy

1. Please inspect the product carefully upon receipt of your order, any order discrepancies or damages must be reported via Whatsapp to 94363665 within 3 days of receipt with photo proof.
2. LIVO will respond after investigation and issue a "Return Consent" if appropriate.
3. Unless otherwise stated, damaged/non-conforming items should be returned to us.
LIVO will only bear the shipping costs for items that have been "agreed to be returned".
5. Upon receipt of returned goods, LIVO will ship a replacement within 2 business days and send a confirmation message to the customer.
Exchange policy

1. Unopened products are eligible** for exchange requests within 15 calendar days of order date.
2. Exchange application must be made via whatsapp to 94363665.
3. If the exchange price is lower, the price difference will not be refunded.
4. All transportation costs incurred due to exchange will be borne by the customer.
5. Customers should first wait for LIVO’s “agree to exchange”.
6. After obtaining the consent, the customer can return the purchased items and record the shipment confirmation on whatsapp.
7. All transportation costs incurred due to exchanges will be borne by the customer.
8. If the returned goods are damaged during transportation, the customer is solely responsible.
9. After receiving the exchange, LIVO will send the exchange via express within 2 working days and the cost will be paid by the recipient. Confirmation message will be sent via Whatsapp.
