Mindful Vinyasa with Energy Flower Essence

This course is to learn how to cultivate body-mind oneness through awareness techniques, yoga postures and energy flower essence.

Unlike the typical group classes, this mindful semi-private practice focuses on individual adjustments, enabling each participant to experience a deep holistic healing.

Class follows the sequence below:

1. Clear blockages from the root chakra all the way up to the 3rd eye chakra with energy essence, mindful breathing and body awareness.    
2. Stretch and open up the hips, thighs, chest and shoulder while activating the core.
3. Strengthen the four limbs and stretch the joints and muscles across the whole body through the Vinyasa flow.  
4. Build stability and flexibility by extending the spine and inverting the body. 
5. Breathing through movements and stillness, each participant is nourished with a sound bath and a deep acupressure at the end, allowing tension release in each cell, organ and deep into the subconscious. 

The comprehensive practice enables complete relaxation, body-mind healing and regeneration. 

Frances Tong is a Certified Dharma Yoga and Universal Yoga teacher who integrates energy remedy in her teachings. She has practiced yoga and meditation for over 20 years and is currently deepening her training in the Iyengar Yoga tradition. For the past 8 years, she has been combining energy flower essence in her daily practice and aspires to effectively help students experience liberation, healing and transformation.
