    This is the only program in Hong Kong where you will learn and experience applying flower essence on your body while practicing yoga, meditation and mindfulness activities.      Resting in nature, this program takes place in the rural countryside, away from the hustle and bustle.

    The essence of yoga is union of the body and mind.   However, the typical yoga class has become a physical-driven training instead of a body- and-mind practice.     In this retreat, you will learn and practice the essence of yoga and learn meditation techniques that cultivate a long-lasting sense of oneness and peace of mind.
